DYNAMICS

With commerce evolving in our technological age, customer relations management needs to grow alongside it. In this project, Adam created a digital experience for Microsoft’s CRM application that is compatible with their new duel-screen platforms.

INTERNET OF THINGS

The internet of things is quickly becoming one of the main topics of today’s most important services and products. Whether it be cars, to homes, to businesses, the internet of things will dictate the future of our world.

This concept proves that Dynamics (As well as Azure and Power BI) can build a platform that could shape how the IoT evolves.

RESEARCH

These are a few early examples of Adam’s thought process when he conceived the application concept.

Planning

These are some simple layout sketches I made before building the application.

CONCLUSION

This project was an amazing learning experience. Not only did it introduce Adam to more complicated information architecture, but it also was a dive into a completely new piece of hardware.

This piece was based on the Dynamics 365 CRM service provided by Microsoft and was created as a student project at Seattle Pacific University.
